Every medication a patient is on or has been on: ordered here with Prescribe (safety checked), or prescribed under Prescribing. A prescription is transmitted, dispensed or stopped on Prescribing.

What you can do here
Prescribe (safety checked) primary
Runs allergy and duplicate-therapy checks against the chart. Conflicts hard-stop unless a clinical override reason is documented.
