External Accountants
Letting the firm that keeps your books in, without giving them a standing login. One invitation creates everything they need — a console user with no password, a key for their software, read-only access to the ledgers a practice reads — and hands you one code to send them. They then open this console in a window that expires, reaches only what you allowed, is read-only unless you said otherwise, and records every call. You can see who is in your books right now, and put them out.
