What this installation is licensed on — a percentage of the revenue filed with the tax authority for the prior year, or the gigabytes of data it consumes — and the meter behind it: data in, data out, disk, data processed by the database and AI engines, and backups, each measured continuously. The basis changes only with a new license key from TRANXACT.
