Hold Coverage
Every table a legal hold can reach, the columns that name a person in it, the document type and date a hold reads, and the bookkeeping a held row may still have changed (a file moving to the document store, a virus scan). Every HR and recruiting table that names an employee, a person, a candidate or an application is covered.

Report · 7 columns
Being a report, it opens on a starting layout rather than a fixed output: rearrange the rows, columns, figures and filters, then save it as a view if it is worth keeping.
What the list shows

The rules that apply here
Everything on this screen obeys the platform rules rather than rules of its own. The ones worth knowing before you use it:
- Narrowing a list — search, conditions, sort, totals, export and saved views.
- What may be changed — the five grounds a record may not be edited on.
- Companies and business units — what the switcher above this list is doing to it.
