Records Exports
Everything about one employee, one applicant or one legal matter — or the whole company — as one ZIP: every record as JSON and CSV (and XML and Excel for a person or a matter), its audit history, its attachments from the document store, a manifest with a SHA-256 of every file and a PDF summary. Built in the background; every request and every download is audited. Passwords, keys and tokens are never exported.

The rules that apply here
Everything on this screen obeys the platform rules rather than rules of its own. The ones worth knowing before you use it:
- Narrowing a list — search, conditions, sort, totals, export and saved views.
- What may be changed — the five grounds a record may not be edited on.
- Companies and business units — what the switcher above this list is doing to it.
