The Admissions Dashboard

Student Lifecycle › Admissions › Admissions Dashboard: applications, documents to verify, admitted and enrolled by programme and entry term, each figure opening the applicants behind it.

1. Open Student Lifecycle › Admissions › Admissions Dashboard. Choose an Entry term and a Programme, or leave Every term and Every programme.
2. Read Applications, In progress, Documents to verify, Admitted (with the admit rate), Enrolled (with the yield), Waitlisted and Denied.
3. By programme and entry term breaks them down. Press any figure (except Documents to verify) to open the Admissions list filtered to exactly those applicants.

• Enrolled means a student record has been opened for the applicant (the Student column on Admissions), or the status is enrolled. The Admissions Funnel and the analytics use the same definition.
• Admit rate is admitted ÷ applications; yield is enrolled ÷ admitted.

Who verified a document

On an applicant’s Documents lines, marking a line Verified records Verified by and Verified on; moving it off Verified clears both. Documents verified before 16 October show the last person who changed the line.
