Release 20261020 added or changed the following.

Uploads

  • Word (.doc, .docx) and text (.txt) documents can be attached and are read; delimited .txt files (comma, tab, semicolon or pipe; UTF-8, ANSI or Unicode) import like a CSV; macro-enabled, mislabelled and program files are refused. See Uploading Word and text documents, and importing delimited text files.
  • Imports now refuse a file the inspection finds dangerous: “That file was refused: <headline>”. Before, the import routes (Import, legacy migration, configuration import, quote and sales-order lines from a file, the organization chart) never refused one.

Payroll and time

  • Benefit deductions priced by coverage tier with a tax treatment (United States companies only), the W-2 from posted totals with box 12 codes (United States companies only), Calculate payroll by pay group and pay period, shift premiums paid, and an outside tax engine such as Symmetry per pay group. See Payroll: benefit tiers and tax treatment, W-2 from posted totals, the pay group and period, shift premiums and an outside tax engine.
  • Retro by recalculation, off-cycle, bonus, commission, correction and final pay runs, pay calendars per group with Close period, and Payroll Readiness. See Payroll cycles: retro by recalculation, off-cycle and final pay runs, pay calendars per group and the Payroll Readiness board.
  • My Clock, Team Status, Who’s In, Time Policies, punch exceptions and corrections, charging hours to a grant, fund, program, property, cost center or department, and an MOU hourly group configured. See Clocking in and out: My Clock, Team Status, Who’s In, Time Policies, punch corrections and charging hours.
  • Labor distribution and the GL interface — Yardi Voyager, mappings, crosswalk, TEST then Go live, SFTP to a pinned host key, versions, control totals and exceptions. See Labor distribution and the GL interface: Yardi Voyager, mappings, TEST and Go live, SFTP with a pinned host key, versions and exceptions.
  • Parallel payroll: legacy register import, comparison within a tolerance, sign-off and readiness — two signed-off cycles in a row (adjacent pay periods of the same pay group), the missing period named. See Parallel payroll: import the legacy register, compare with a tolerance, and sign off each cycle.
  • Benefit Enrollments: Coverage tier is the plan’s own tiers, Employee and children included; a tier the plan does not price is refused when saved. See Payroll: benefit tiers and tax treatment, W-2 from posted totals, the pay group and period, shift premiums and an outside tax engine.

Benefits — United States companies only

  • Carriers and recordkeepers, EDI 834 and 401(k)/457 contribution files, ACA settings, full-time status and Forms 1095-C / 1094-C with My Tax Forms, garnishment orders and remittances, and the Benefits Dashboard (for every company). See US benefits: carriers and recordkeepers, EDI 834 and 401(k)/457 files, ACA 1095-C and 1094-C, garnishments, and the Benefits Dashboard.

Talent and recruiting

  • Training assignment rules, sessions, learning paths, evaluations, compliance training, certifications and licenses with expiry alerts, skills, and an LMS connector with an Aspire profile; My and Team learning and skills. See Learning: assignment rules, sessions, learning paths, evaluations, compliance training, certifications and licenses, skills and an outside LMS.
  • My Learning: Register for a session and Cancel registration (courses Open for self-registration are open to anybody; a full session wait-lists and moves people up). Courses that Ask for an evaluation ask for it on completion and remind weekly, not for completions over 30 days old.
  • Review workflows, goal check-ins, cascading goals and development plans; My and Team goals and reviews. See Performance: review workflows, goal check-ins, cascading goals and development plans.
  • Candidate messages, offer letters signed electronically, recruiting, onboarding and offboarding dashboards, Task Departments, and EEO self-identification and applicant flow (United States companies only, restricted). See Recruiting: candidate messages, offer letters signed electronically, hiring dashboards, Task Departments and EEO applicant flow.

Security and governance

  • SAML single sign-on with encrypted assertions and a choice of MFA after the directory — connections that existed before this release trust the directory as before, new ones ask the TRANXACT second step — SCIM provisioning tokens and the Security administrator role. See SAML single sign-on, SCIM provisioning and the Security administrator.
  • AI Settings per area (off, suggest-only, allowed), AI Decision Reviews, the AI-use report and the AI Disclosure Register. See AI governance: AI Settings per area, AI Decision Reviews, the AI-use report and the AI Disclosure Register.
  • Retention for HR records with a purge after archiving, Legal Holds enforced by the database, Records Exports bundles and Disciplinary Actions. See HR records: retention, legal hold, records exports and disciplinary actions.
  • HR Auditor reads the HR screens but not payroll; Payroll Auditor reads payroll. A company can give a person both roles.
  • For RFP answers, the HRIS/HCM capability map names the screen for every capability area.

ثابت

  • Sales order lines from a file (TKT-000584): the template’s own file now uploads clean. Its hidden Lists sheet is no longer read as order lines (its item list is titled Items), and any hidden sheet is skipped.
  • TKT-000584: a question a configured product and its sub-assembly both ask — such as Range on <TG310> and its <TG100> — is handed down to the sub-assembly, matching the answer by name even when the codes differ. A sub-assembly question nothing hands down gets its own column, headed “<TG100> · <Options>”, and a refusal names the sub-assembly: “<TG100> (<CFG-…>): <Range needs at least 1 selection>”.
  • TKT-000584: headings and answers are matched forgivingly — case, spaces, punctuation, typographic quotes and dashes are ignored, a leading ' typed to stop Excel is dropped, and a value Excel turned into a number or a date is recognised when only one answer fits. Every answer column is formatted as text; there is still no partial matching.
  • Bin dropdowns (TKT-000582, TKT-000583): a bin says which warehouse it is in — “<A-01> — <CS-BGM>”. Pick from bin on a delivery line lists only the bins of the delivery’s warehouse, with their full address; Goods Movement’s Bin and Destination bin list the movement’s own warehouse first.
  • Skills Inventory › Verify no longer fails with a server error; the level is optional, and one outside the skill’s scale or not a number is refused by name.
  • Creating a company (New company on the Organization Chart) takes well under a second again, not about half a minute, and no longer answers “system busy” under load.

How to reuse: item, bin and warehouse codes in angle brackets are examples from the reports; your own codes appear in their place.
