Agentic AI evaluations, 360 cards, forms, workflow nodes, runs and incidents; ASK told which form is open; a field’s refusal said once, under the field; LinkedIn Page connecting on a current API version; and new lines on a partly delivered sales order.

Release 20261021 added or changed the following.

IA Agética

• New Evaluation: Run lists only the chosen agent’s runs; On is now Criterion; Score is 0 to 100; Graded by says what each choice means, and Graded by agent is asked only for Another agent (TKT-000164, TKT-000165).
• An agent’s 360 view: Evaluations of this agent and Evaluations given by this agent, a hint on every card, and evaluations, incidents, memories, tool calls, nodes, edges and versions named instead of “record” (TKT-000169).
• Kind of work and Engine are required; Model is loaded from the Engine; Switch on says what it does; Change autonomy asks for a reason only when raising it (TKT-000135, 144, 153, 166, 168, 171, 172, 173).
• New Node: Approver role picked from the company’s roles, the fields of the node’s kind, and Arguments checked as JSON.
• Runs read every page of a list, count failed calls apart from refused ones, say why a failed run failed and show names only to people allowed to open the records; incidents are numbered (AIN-) and say the real cause with a fitting severity (TKT-000133, 137, 145, 147, 150, 161, 162).

ASK and forms

• ASK is told which form is open and what fields it has, and answers a question about “this form” from it (TKT-000167).
• A field the server refuses is said once, under the field, with the cursor put there — not again in the red box at the top (TKT-000163).
• A provider that is down is said as “The AI service (<provider>) is unavailable at the moment”, with what to do, and raises no defect ticket.
• Module home tiles stay in their column with ASK pinned beside the page; counters wrap instead of being cut (TKT-000170).

• Leave API version empty: a current LinkedIn version is used. LinkedIn retires each monthly version about a year after release, so a version typed here (YYYYMM) stops working when it is retired; one that is not YYYYMM is refused at save (TKT-000585).
• Test reads the posts of your page exactly as listening will. It needs an access token with r_organization_social, created by an administrator of the LinkedIn Page, from a developer app with the Community Management API product.
• A refusal quotes what LinkedIn answered and says what to change: a retired API version, an expired or revoked token (tokens last 60 days), a missing scope or a person who is not a Page admin, an organisation ID the token cannot see, or a malformed request.

Sales orders

• A partially delivered sales order takes new lines: Add line is offered, and the order shows “Partly delivered: new lines can be added; delivered lines are frozen” (PFC TKT-000004).
• Lines delivered, invoiced, on a delivery that is not cancelled, or on a drop-ship purchase order show Frozen — hover for the reason, e.g. “Line <2> has been delivered (in part or in full), so it can no longer be changed or removed. Add a new line to sell more.” Copy beside Frozen starts a new line from it.
• Lines nothing has posted against can still be changed or removed. Removing the last open line restates the order as delivered, or invoiced when every line is billed.
