Module reports moved into Reports & Analytics, Accounting in six groups, country compliance where a company operates, change control that keeps signatures and decisions honest, student bills that agree with their invoices, and personnel actions whose type must fit.

Release 20261013 put right the following.

Every report is in Reports & Analytics

  • The standalone report tiles on each module’s Reporting section are now reports in that module’s Reports & Analytics catalogue, in the same format as every other catalogue report: rearrange, filter, total, export and save them.
  • CRM: Pipeline Report. HRMS: Headcount. Talent & Contingent Workforce: Submission Funnel, Recruiter Scorecard, Placement Margin, Contingent Headcount, Spend Against Budget, Compliance Watch. Agentic AI: Was It Worth It, Spend by Agent, Autonomy Ladder, Approval Latency, Connection Reliability, Guardrail Pressure. Manufacturing: Work Center Load, Change Cycle Time, Kanban Performance, Shift Performance. Student Lifecycle: Enrollment Report, Section Fill, Grade Distribution, Institutional Analytics.
  • Old addresses and bookmarks open the new report.
  • Each report keeps its own grant on Platform › Access › Roles, so an administrator can still grant or withhold it.
  • Each module’s Reporting section now shows only Reports & Analytics and Predictive & Prescriptive. See Reports and the Report Studio.

Accounting in six groups

  • Accounting’s menu went from eleven groups to six: Ledger, Working Capital, Revenue & Projects, Close & Compliance, Planning & Control and Reporting.
  • India Compliance is no longer a separate group: its sections are inside Close & Compliance, and India’s Registration section is now called India Registration. E-invoicing, with the ZATCA screens, is in Close & Compliance too.
  • Old links to the old groups land on the group that absorbed them.
  • The Roles screen names the India grant Accounting › Close & Compliance (India). See Where things moved (September and October 2026).

Country compliance where a company operates

  • A company operates in India if its own country is India, or it has an active location or org unit in India, or a GST registration. It then gets the India screens (GST, e-invoice, e-way bill, TDS, statutory payroll, UPI).
  • A company operates in Saudi Arabia if its own country is Saudi Arabia, or it has an active location or org unit there, or ZATCA is switched on. It then gets the Saudi screens (ZATCA Phase 2, GOSI, WPS, end of service).
  • The screens appear only for people whose roles grant them; an administrator must grant the India screens to the company’s roles on Platform › Access › Roles. Document fields such as the GSTIN still follow the company’s own country.
  • India’s reference data (tax codes, TDS sections, rates, number ranges) is set up for such a company.
  • Removing the last location there closes the screens within about 30 seconds. See Country compliance is part of Accounting.

Manufacturing: change control

  • Edit Change Approval shows the Change Request or Change Order read-only, and moving a step to another request or order is refused.
  • A signed (approved, rejected or abstained) or skipped approval step is locked: it cannot be edited or deleted, on Change Approvals or on a change order’s Approvals tab. Every change to a step is in the audit history of the step and of its request or order, and that history cannot be switched off.
  • Each discipline must be signed by a different person. A second signature by the same person is refused, unless Let one person sign more than one discipline of a change request, with a reason is switched on (Platform → Configuration → Core Settings → Runtime Settings, Manufacturing; off by default) and a reason is written.
  • The final Decide has a Justification, required to reject or defer and whenever the decision goes against the board. The request shows who decided, when, what the board said, whether the decision overrode it, and the justification.
  • Change Requests show Needed by and Due, sortable and filterable, with a red overdue tag on an open request past its Needed by date and a Days overdue column in the column picker.
  • Affected-object line numbers no longer repeat within one change order. The Change request picker on Edit Change Approval names the request, not the item. A change order converted from a request records it (ECR Became).
  • See Who signs a change request's review board and What the Next step on a change request means.

Every screen: New opens on the first click

After a save the confirmation message fades away without moving the page, so New (for example New Change Request) opens on the first click.

Student Lifecycle: billing

  • A student bill’s Paid matches its invoice: the money received. Credit notes show separately, as Credited. AR Invoices has a Credited column.
  • Student Billing has Record payment, which posts one receipt to the bill’s invoice so both update. The invoice must be posted first.
  • Invoices raised from student bills name the payer: the student (a customer record is created on their first bill and reused) or the sponsor set in the student’s new Fees billed to (sponsor) field. Earlier invoices were filled in. See Bill a whole term in one go.

HRMS: personnel actions

  • The type is checked against what changes: a demotion that raises pay or grade, a promotion that lowers them, a pay change that changes no pay, a transfer that moves nobody or changes grade, a reorganisation that moves nobody.
  • Saving shows a warning; Submit is refused unless Why the type fits is filled in. The reason, who gave it and when are kept on the action and in the audit log.
  • An older mismatched action waiting for approval without a reason cannot be approved; reject it.
  • A personnel action cannot take effect before the employee’s hire date.
  • The Personnel Actions list total no longer adds cancelled actions or mixes currencies. See Promotions, transfers and pay changes.

Support tickets

The Open tile on Support tickets now shows the same number as the Open list.
