Every screen

  • Platform › Customization › Field Requirements: any field of any screen mandatory per company, on save or before a step; recommended fields with the later step that needs each, six on by default; fields the product requires stay required. See Making any field mandatory: Field Requirements.
  • Key figures above every list, with a breakdown; pressing one filters the list; long lists open folded; a Calendar view (month, week, day) on dated screens. See Key figures above every list, and the calendar.

Student Lifecycle

  • Faculty set work, take registers and enter marks only for sections they teach; Any section for head of department, dean, registrar and exams officer; new Head of Department and Dean roles; Teaching Teams with no clashes. See Teaching: only the sections you teach, and My Teaching.
  • Timetable calendar with register state, one-screen registers, Class Sessions, and the Attendance dashboard with cumulative attendance (late counts as attended). See Timetable, registers and cumulative attendance.

Email and sign-in

  • Every email has an Unsubscribe button; an unsubscribed address is sent nothing by any company, except account-access messages the person asks for; Platform › Email › Email Suppressions; My Preferences. See Unsubscribe from email, and Email Suppressions.

Agentic AI and migration
