ISIR layout: the positions TRANXACT reads
The key ISIR fields and the positions seeded for 2026-27, which must be checked against the ED ISIR Guide before a real file is loaded.
These positions are TRANXACT's layout for the key fields only (layout ISIR-2627-KEY, record length 7704). They have NOT been verified against the Department of Education's 2026-27 ISIR Guide (Record Layout). Check every field against the guide for the award year and correct it on ISIR Layouts > Fields before importing a production file, then tick Checked against the ED ISIR Guide. A new award year is a new layout, not a code change.
