Where things moved (September and October 2026)
Screens that changed module, sections and screens that were renamed so no two menu entries share a name, the duplicates that were removed, (12 October) country compliance moving into Accounting, and (13 October) Accounting in six groups and the report tiles moved into Reports & Analytics.
Every menu entry now has one home and one name. Where a screen changed module, everything recorded against it — the roles that grant it, saved and Global views, pins, custom fields, attachments and business-flow steps — moved with it, so nobody has to be re-granted. The screen that is each module's own slice of a shared facility keeps the same name everywhere on purpose: Reports & Analytics, Predictive & Prescriptive, E-Signature and Signing Authority.
Screens that changed module
- Travel requests, expense reports, expense policy, per diem rates and corporate cards: Supply Chain → Purchasing → Travel & Expense is now HRMS → Employee Travel → Trips & Expense Reports. Travel is something an employee does and a manager approves; opening these screens now needs HRMS access and the matching grants, which were carried across. The finance side — expense claims, card transactions, bookings, mileage — stays in Accounting.
- The 3D Modeller, Models and Assembly Structure: Platform → Geometry & Generation is now Manufacturing → Design → Design & Documents. Synthetic data generators stay in Platform, under Synthetic Data.
- Service Accounts and Web & User Sessions: now under Platform → Access & Security → Access, beside Users. Web & User Sessions replaces Signed In Now, which listed the same sessions.
- Work Processes, System Traces and Locks: Platform → Operations → Health, beside Integration, Pipeline and Workflow Health.
- Help and Raise a ticket: the headset in the top bar now stays visible on every screen width (it used to fold into the avatar menu below 1440 pixels), and the avatar menu has Raise a ticket directly.
Duplicates removed
- Manufacturing → Material Planning no longer repeats Supply Plans, Planned Orders and Planning Exceptions; they live in Supply Chain → Supply Planning, and the Planning Workbench is the plant's view of them.
- Batch Job Schedules appear once, under Platform → Automation → Batch (they were also listed under Drives & Files).
Renamed
- CRM: Customers section → Accounts & Contacts; Prospects & Recruitment → Prospecting (Recruitment Funnel → Prospect Funnel) — it is the pursuit of prospective students and businesses, not hiring; Compliance group → Indirect Tax, with its section Registrations & Returns (since 12 October in Accounting, not CRM — see below).
- HRMS: the Payroll section → Pay Processing.
- Supply Chain: Master Data → Items & Suppliers; Purchasing → Requisitions & Orders; Inventory → Stock & Counts; Planning (reorder) → Replenishment; Transportation → Freight Management; Suppliers → Supplier Management; Contracts → Contract Management; Schedules → Capacity Schedules; Forecast Lines → Demand Forecast Lines; Yard → Yard Movements; Warehouse Systems → WMS Connections.
- Accounting: Cash Position (bank monitoring) → Bank Cash Position, (treasury) → Daily Cash Positions; Forecast Lines → Cash Forecast Lines; Programs → Project Programs; Leases section → Lease Accounting; Contract Costing screen → Job Contracts; Financial Controls screen → Control Register; Bank Catalog → Bank Channels.
- Manufacturing: Shifts → Production Shifts; Document Links → Document Assignments; Traceability → Lot Genealogy; Batch Records section → Batch Manufacturing; Equipment group → Plant Equipment.
- Student Lifecycle: People → Faculty & Advising; Student Success section → Early Alerts & Analytics; Admissions screen → Applicants; Collaboration → Discussions.
- EHR: Operating Theatre screen → Surgical Cases; Behavioral Health screen → Behavioral Assessments.
- Talent & Contingent Workforce: Demand → Orders & Postings; Assignments → Workers on Assignment; Compliance → Worker Compliance; Clients → Staffing Clients; Job Postings → Placement Postings; Candidates → Contingent Candidates; Applications → Board Applications; Interviews → Client Interviews; Offers → Placement Offers; Timesheets → Contractor Timesheets; Activity → Activity Log.
- Agentic AI: Workflows, Connections, Runs, Approvals and Templates → Agent Workflows, Agent Connections, Agent Runs, Agent Approvals, Agent Templates; Design group → Build & Orchestrate; Control → Limits & Oversight.
- Platform: Configuration section → Core Settings; Automation section → Workflow Automation (Runs → Workflow Runs, Approvals → Workflow Approvals); Social Listening → Social Channels; API Studio section → Published API; Accountant Access section → External Accountants; Drives & Files screen → Connected Drives; Printed Forms screen → Form Designer; Deliveries → Webhook Deliveries.
- Help & Support: Answers → Knowledge Base (section Written Answers); Assurance → Answer Quality.
Old links keep working where a screen only changed name. A bookmark to a screen that changed module needs the new address — /hrms/… for travel, /mfg/… for the modeller.
12 October 2026: country compliance is in Accounting
- India Compliance is no longer a menu of its own. Its 27 screens are the India Compliance group in Accounting — Registration, GST, GST Returns, UPI Collection, Statutory Payroll and TDS — drawn only for a company in India. India’s GST tax codes are GST Tax Codes (/accounting/gst-tax-codes), beside Accounting’s own Tax Codes.
- The Sales Tax Wizard and its screens (Tax Registrations, Filing Calendar, Tax Periods, Tax Findings, By Jurisdiction) moved from CRM → Indirect Tax to Accounting → Indirect Tax → Registrations & Returns. They are drawn only for a company under US sales tax.
- KSA’s ZATCA screens were already in Accounting, and stay there.
- Only the place in the menu moved. Every role grants exactly what it granted before, and old addresses (/india/…, /crm/tax-…) open the screen in its new place, with the record and filters you had.
See Country compliance is part of Accounting.
13 October 2026: Accounting in six groups
Accounting’s menu was cut from eleven groups to six. No screen was removed and no role gained or lost one; only the heading a section sits under changed.
| Group | Sections in it |
|---|---|
| Ledger | General Ledger, Ledgers & Principles, Assets, Asset Accounting, Capital Planning, Intercompany, Consolidation |
| Working Capital | Payables & Receivables, Card Payments, Travel & Expense, Bank Connectivity, Banks & Accounts, Cash Movement, Bank Monitoring, Treasury |
| Revenue & Projects | Revenue Recognition, Lease Accounting, Real Estate, Projects & Portfolios, Contract Costing, Profitability, Signatures |
| Close & Compliance | Financial Close, Finance Automation, Financial Controls, Finance Intelligence, Tax, Registrations & Returns, E-invoicing (with ZATCA), India Registration, GST, GST Returns, UPI Collection, Statutory Payroll, TDS, Regulatory Reporting |
| Planning & Control | Controlling, Budgeting, Settlement & Allocation, Fund Accounting, Product Costing, Landed Cost, Workforce Planning |
| Reporting | Reports & Analytics, Predictive & Prescriptive |
- India Compliance is no longer a group of its own: its sections are inside Close & Compliance, and India’s Registration section is now called India Registration.
- The Sales Tax Wizard’s section, Registrations & Returns, and the E-invoicing section with the ZATCA screens are in Close & Compliance too.
- An old link to one of the old groups lands on the group that took it in, and /india lands on Close & Compliance.
- The Roles screen names the India grant Accounting › Close & Compliance (India).
13 October 2026: report tiles moved into Reports & Analytics
The standalone report tiles on each module’s Reporting section — CRM’s Pipeline Report, HRMS’s Headcount, six in Talent & Contingent Workforce, six in Agentic AI, four in Manufacturing and four in Student Lifecycle — are now reports in that module’s Reports & Analytics catalogue, in the same format as every other report. Each Reporting section shows only Reports & Analytics and Predictive & Prescriptive. Old addresses open the new report, and each report keeps its own grant. See Reports and the Report Studio.
