HRIS/HCM capability map
Every HRIS / HCM capability area an RFP asks about — recruiting, core HR, benefits, time and payroll, learning, performance, reporting, integration, security, AI governance and records — with the screen that does it, as of release 20261022. Use it to answer an RFP line with the place a reviewer can see it working.
Each row names the screen as the menu reaches it: module › group › section › screen. Screens marked “United States companies only” are shown only to a company whose payroll country is the United States. Whether a person sees a screen depends on their roles; see Roles and permissions.
How to reuse: copy a row into an RFP answer and replace the capability wording with the RFP’s own reference, for example <RFP R2> or <Q17a>. The screen names are the product’s and stay as they are.
