Build a multi-level approval in one go

On Requisition Approval Rules or PO Approval Rules, Build approval ladder sets up a rule and all its levels (2, 3, 5 or up to 7) on one screen and saves them together.

1. Open Supply Chain, Procurement Control, Requisition Approval Rules (or PO Approval Rules) and choose Build approval ladder.
2. Choose 2, 3 or 5 levels, or type how many (up to 7).
3. Give the rule a code and name, the amount it applies from, and any condition (cost center; department for a requisition, supplier for an order).
4. For each level: what it is called, who signs (a named person, an employee, whoever holds a position, anyone holding a role, the manager of whoever raised it, or the cost center's manager), from what amount, and within how many hours.
5. Choose Preview to read it back in words, then Save rule and levels.

The rule and every level are saved together or not at all. The same approver on two levels, or a rule that already exists, is answered in a dialog before anything is saved. ASK can build the same ladder when you describe it.
