Positions whose department is not on the list

Departments that differed from the list only in case were respelled when this release was applied. The rest are kept as they were and show Department listed: No.

Before this release a position's department was typed freely, so the same department could be saved as QA, qa or Quality. When the release was applied, a department that matched one of the company's departments except for case was saved the way the list spells it. Anything else, such as an abbreviation or a typing mistake, was kept as it was.

1. Open HRMS, Workforce, People, Positions.
2. Add the Department listed column under Columns, or filter on Department listed is No.
3. For each position, either choose Edit and pick its department from the list, or add the department to Platform, Configuration Lists, Departments if it is a real department the list does not have yet.
