Sentinels: which warnings are worth having

Agentic AI, Sentinels lists every check, how often its warnings were heeded, and lets you switch a check off or change its thresholds for your company.

A warning is counted as heeded when the person opened the record it named or cancelled; as continued when they saved anyway. Precision is heeded out of all the warnings somebody answered over the last 180 days. A check people keep continuing past is noise, and is worth tuning or switching off.

1. Open Agentic AI, Assess, Sentinels.
2. Press a sentinel's name to see what it raised lately, what was decided and the reasons given.
3. Change a threshold (for example days, similarity or amount) and press Save, or clear On to switch the check off for your company.

• Rebuild the graph: rebuilds the map of how your records connect, which the checks and ASK read. It is also rebuilt every night.
• Run the nightly sweep now: runs the checks that look over existing records (contracts and supplier certificates about to expire with nothing in progress, duplicate invoices, invoices for goods never received, expenses claimed twice) and sends what they find to the people responsible.
