Company memory
TRANXACT remembers why things were decided: reasons given for saving past a warning, approval and rejection comments, changes confirmed in ASK, and outcomes worked out from the records, such as a supplier that delivered late on most recent orders.
Each memory records who said it, when, and the record it came from. You only see a memory if you are allowed to open that record. Agentic AI, Assess, Company Memory lists what is remembered; ASK can also be asked, for example: what do we know about late deliveries from this supplier?
Approval and rejection comments and supplier delivery outcomes are added by the nightly run. A memory that is no longer right can be retired by somebody with change on Company Memory; it is kept but no longer recalled, and a warning it explained comes back.
