Connect Shopify, Magento or Amazon
Online orders arrive as sales orders once each, stock is pushed back, and tracking goes to the channel.
- CRM > Sales Channels > Channel Connectors > New: the platform, its address or marketplace, the customer account its orders are raised against, and the warehouse its stock is counted from.
- Set secrets: the access token and the webhook secret (and for Amazon the client secret and refresh token). They are sealed and never shown again.
- Webhook address shows the address and topics to register in the shop.
- Map each channel SKU to an item under Channel SKUs, then press Activate.
- Every webhook's signature is checked with the connector's own secret; one that does not match is refused and logged under Channel Webhooks.
- An order is imported once however many times it arrives. One with an unmapped SKU is held, naming the SKU; Import again takes it once the SKU is mapped.
- Push stock tells the channel what is on hand, less the buffer you hold back.
- Send tracking on a channel order tells the channel it has shipped.
A sandbox connector imitates one of the three platforms and runs sample payloads through the same import, for trying the flow without a live store.
