Who added an approval level

The Approval Levels list shows who added each level and when, and who last changed it; Level history on a rule lists all its levels with the same.

• Supply Chain, Procurement Control, Approval Levels: the Added by, Added and Last changed by columns.
• On Requisition Approval Rules or PO Approval Rules, Level history on a rule: every level of that rule, switched-off ones included, with who added and changed it and the audit entries behind them.
• On a level's own page, History (administrators) opens its audit trail.
