Each company sees only its own records

Where several companies share one installation, every list, record, search, report and lookup shows only the signed-in company's records.

Some screens hold records that have no company of their own and belong to a company through another record: a patient's problems, allergies and results belong to the patient, a warehouse bin, lane or shelf to its warehouse, a lease component to its lease. These screens used to list every company's records. They now show only the records whose patient, warehouse, lease and so on belong to the company you are signed in to.

  • Clinical: problems, allergies and observations.
  • Warehouse: lanes, shelves, bins and serial number history.
  • People: time entries, leave requests, benefit enrolments, course enrolments, succession candidates and the merit matrix.
  • Finance: lease components, close checklist template tasks, tax return boxes, cost estimate lines, allocation segments and receivers, project activity dependencies, margin levels, cash pool participants, reconciliation items and risk case actions.
  • CRM: contacts. A contact now belongs to the company of its account, or to the company it was created in.
  • Platform: batch job set steps, migration field maps, scenario steps and 3D model components.

Opening, changing, copying or deleting another company's record by its link answers "not found", and a new record cannot be added under another company's patient, warehouse, lease or other parent.

Encounter charges, closing and billing an encounter, entering a result against a clinical order, and the item where-used views now check that the encounter, order or item is the signed-in company's.

On the System Monitor, a company's administrator sees the work of their own company and of the system itself, and can no longer see or stop another company's requests.

Reference data that is the same for everybody stays shared: currency codes, the shipped US payroll tax tables, XBRL taxonomies, the email event list, Indian GST state codes and the HSN/SAC catalogue.
