Reading the clearinghouse inbox on a schedule

The Read the clearinghouse inbox job takes in the acknowledgements, claim status and remittances a clearinghouse leaves for you, exactly as if they had been uploaded, and reads each file once.

• A file drop clearinghouse: set settings.inbox on the connection to the folder it drops files in.
• An HTTPS clearinghouse: set settings.inbox_url to where it lists what is waiting.
• The sandbox answers at the moment a claim is sent, so nothing ever waits for it.
