Set up delegated heavy work for an agent

Create a delegate tool, grant it with the tools the worker will need, and give the right people the Heavy Worker and Agent Approver roles.

1. Agentic AI > Tool Catalog > Add. Set Origin to 'Hand to a licensed worker'. Or use the shipped tool, Heavy analysis by a licensed Claude worker.
2. Write 'What the worker is told'. {{task}} is replaced by the agent's request, and {{agent}}, {{title}} and {{run}} are filled in too.
3. Tick 'A person reviews the result first' if the run should see the result only after somebody accepts it.
4. Set 'Expires after (minutes)'. A task nobody finishes by then expires, its worker token ends, and the run is told.
5. Grant the tool to the agent under Tool Grants, together with the read and write tools the worker will need. The worker gets exactly those grants and nothing more.
6. Give the people who will do the work the Heavy Worker role. Reviewers use the Agent Approver role.
