Dates that name a day show that day, in every time zone

A date-only field — a period end, an invoice date, a due date — is shown as the date it names for every reader, wherever they are; it no longer shows a day early west of UTC.

Some fields hold a moment (when a record was saved) and are shown in your own time zone. Others hold a day (an invoice date, a due date, a period end). A day is now shown as exactly that day for every reader. Before, readers west of UTC — every US user with a time zone preference — saw these dates one day early.
