Which budget a requisition is checked against

A requisition or purchase order is checked against the budget line for its own cost centre on the procurement budget account, or a company-wide line - never another cost centre's.

• The account is the one tagged Procurement budget on the Chart of Accounts (Posting role). Until one is tagged, account 5100 is used.
• The line is the one for the document's cost centre in the active budget for the year; failing that, a line with no cost centre (the whole company).
