Revenue and allocation runs for a new company

Every company now gets its leading ledger when it is created, and revenue and allocation runs say so when a company has none.

• A company created under Administration, Companies gets its leading ledger straight away.
• A revenue or allocation run for a company without a leading ledger is refused with a message, instead of finishing with 0.00.
• An allocation run now uses only the selected period's posted costs on each sender cost center. A run that finds nothing to allocate says why.
