Renewals, churn and stale pipeline
Contracts ending soon raise a renewal opportunity and a draft quotation. Customers at risk and stale opportunities give their owners a task.
- Renewals: a customer contract ending inside the notice window (Days on the rule, 60 by default) gets a renewal opportunity for its value, closing on the end date and owned by the account owner, plus a draft quotation to price. Each contract gets one.
- Stale pipeline: an opportunity past its close date by more than the idle days gets a task for its owner to re-date or close it, once.
- Churn: a customer who has bought before is scored on how long since they last bought, open cases and invoices over 30 days overdue. At or above the threshold (60 by default) the account owner gets a task.
