Proposing and booking interview times

Interviewers keep their weekly availability under Talent, Pipeline, Interviewer Availability. Free times are proposed from it and the interviews already booked, and booking a time checks it again and tells the interviewer.

1. Add each interviewer's days and hours, in their own time zone.
2. Press Free times on an interviewer's row to see when they are free.
3. On the submission, press Book interview, choose the interviewer and the time, and book. A time somebody took meanwhile is refused.
