Typing into a choice list finds what is named
Typing into a choice list such as Item narrows it to the records whose number or name contains every word typed. A record's description answers only when nothing is named that.
- Typing TG100 in the Item list of a new change request offers TG100 and the items numbered TG100-..., not every part whose description mentions TG100.
- Typing a word that only a description holds, such as bellows, still finds the item described that way.
- A long list also asks the server for what is typed, so an item beyond the first page can be found the same way.
