The files on a delegated task
Every file a worker hands back on a delegated task is attached to the task: open the task and its files are listed by name, each with Open and Download.
- Agentic AI, Operate, Delegated Tasks: open a task. Under the details, the documents panel lists each file the worker handed back, by name, with its document number and size.
- Open shows a PDF, an image or a text file in a new tab. Any other kind of file (a spreadsheet, a Word document) is saved instead, as Download does.
- Download saves the file exactly as the worker filed it.
- Open is on the documents panel of every other record too.
A task whose result was handed back keeps the status Submitted even if its run ends before anybody reviews it; the note on the task says so and the result and files are kept. Only a task a person stops, or one nobody finished, reads Cancelled or Expired.
