Expiring permits and documents, every week

The Expiring certifications job hands HR the visas, work permits, passports and compliance items that run out inside the notice window (60 days unless changed), with what happens on expiry. It is the same list as HRMS, Expiring, and changes nothing.

1. Open Platform, Batch, Schedules, find Weekly expiry alerts, choose who it runs as and save.
