Resumes are read and scored when they arrive

An application saved with resume text, or given a resume file with Upload resume, is read and scored against the posting at once. The score is out of 100 and says what it is made of.

• Required skills count for 60, other skills 15, experience 15, education 5 and location 5. A posting that does not ask for something gives its points to the parts it does ask for.
• The same resume against the same posting always scores the same.
• Score resume scores it again, for example after the posting's skills change.
