Where to open Ask

Ask, the AI assistant, opens from the round Ask button in the bottom-right corner of every screen, or from AI Assistant under Quick actions in the side menu.

The same assistant opens whichever way you choose. It works as you: it can see and do only what your roles allow.

• Click the round Ask button in the bottom-right corner. It is on every screen, with or without the side menu.
• Or click AI Assistant under Quick actions in the side menu. In the folded icon rail it is the spark icon. While Ask is open, the same button minimises it; click it again to bring Ask back.
• Ask opened inside a module suggests that module's own questions first.
• When Ask is pinned beside the page and slid out of the way, the round button brings it back.
