Key figures above every list, and the calendar

Every list opens on its key figures — total, each stage, overdue, assigned to me, a breakdown — and a press on any figure shows just those records. A long list opens folded under them. Dated screens can be shown as a month, week or day calendar.

The figures

  • Total: every record you may see. Pressing it clears any figure you pressed.
  • One tile per stage (Draft, Submitted, Posted …), up to eight, then N more stages. Trouble stages are red, waiting ones amber.
  • Overdue and Due in 7 days where the list has a due date (Expired and Expiring in 30 days for a validity date). Finished records are never overdue.
  • Assigned to me where the list has an owner or assignee: your open records.
  • The list’s main amount, totalled (in the reporting currency when currencies are mixed). This tile does not filter.
  • Breakdown opens bars by stage, by a name (customer, supplier, owner), by type or category, by organizational unit, or by a date per day, week, month, quarter or year. Hide breakdown closes it.

Drilling down

  1. Press a tile or a bar. The list below shows exactly those records — the count matches, because the figure and the list are the same question.
  2. The choice appears as ordinary filter chips and is kept in the address, so Back and a shared link keep it.
  3. Press the same tile or bar again, or Total, to undo it. Then open a record as usual.

A list of 300 records or more, opened with no search or filter, shows the figures and the breakdown with the rows folded: “N records. The figures above are the way in”. Press a figure, search, filter, or Show all N records.

The calendar

  • A dated screen has a List | Calendar switch beside its title: appointments, dock appointments, absence and leave, shift assignments, interviews, CRM events and tasks, tax filing and payroll tax calendars, production and maintenance orders, close tasks, invoices by due date, projects’ milestones, batch schedules, approvals and more. Some open on the calendar first.
  • Month, Week and Day, with ‹, Today and ›. Weeks start on Monday. Press an entry to open the record; press a day number to see that day; +N more opens a busy day.
  • The screen’s search and filters narrow the calendar too, and the view is kept in the address.

The figures and the calendar come from the list’s own query, after your company, unit and location limits and the same display grant: they never show more than the list would.
