Workflows that wait, continue and choose

A workflow now continues after its approval is granted, waits for real on a delay, chooses its next step with a branch, and runs on its cron schedule.

• Approval: the run waits. Approving it (in My approvals, or Platform, Workflow Approvals) carries on at the next step, as whoever the run acts for; rejecting it stops the run.
• Delay: {"minutes": 30}, {"hours": 4} or {"days": 2}. The run waits and is carried on when the time is up, even across a restart.
• Branch: {"branches": [{"when": {"field": "amount", "operator": "gt", "value": 5000}, "goto": "Ask the controller"}], "otherwise": "Notify"}. Goto names a step by its name or line number, or end.
• Condition: may also say goto and elseGoto instead of ending the run when it is not met.
• Schedule (cron): five fields, minute hour day month weekday, in UTC. 0 7 * * 1-5 is seven o'clock on weekdays. A schedule that is not one is refused when you save.

An approval assigned to a person or a role reaches their My approvals, so they need not open Platform to decide it.
