Raising an enquiry (RFQ) from a requisition

An enquiry goes to suppliers only once the requisition is fully approved. Until then the button is greyed out and the reason is shown under it.

On a requisition's detail page, Raise an enquiry (RFQ) works once the requisition is approved. It also works for a requisition that was sent for approval and needed no signature.

The button is greyed out, with the reason shown under it, while the requisition is a draft, waiting for approval, rejected, cancelled or already converted. The same rule applies however the enquiry is raised: from Sourcing Events (derive from documents), through Ask, or through the API.
