My approvals: Coming to you

A document listed under Coming to you is waiting at an earlier level. Open it to read it, see who it is waiting on and since when, and send them a reminder.

Signatures are collected in level order: you can approve or reject only once every level before yours has approved. Until then the document is under Coming to you rather than at the top of My approvals. Nothing is wrong with your access.

• Press the row to open the document read-only: its lines, its amount, and every level with who signed.
• It says which level it is waiting at, who that is, and since when (since the level before them signed).
• Remind sends that person an email that the document is waiting for them. A reminder can be sent once every four hours; the date of the last one is shown.
• Every amount is shown in the document's own currency, or the company's when the document has none.
